~ 11/13/08 ~

Working mostly on the back-end of the Dungeon Crawl, so not a lot of good screen shot material I guess.
Also have a few other projects in the air.... don't I always?
I did go ahead and link in something small on the page for the project:

I've switched gears again, and am back working on the RPG dungeon crawl. Made quite a bit of progress, and hope to have some screenshots up soon. :)

~ 4/22/08 ~

I'm working on a large-scale multiplayer game, these days. About time. :)
I've also implemented some performance improvements on the server so things shouldn't be quite as painful as they have been.

~ 3/5/08 ~

The King's Alchemist is finally posted. It's a bit raw right now. Needs testing and refining. On to planning my next project...
I'm thinking of getting back into multiplayer, and something more ambitious than an applet.

~ 3/1/08 ~

The King's Alchemist is mere days from completion! Everything is done now, even the menu screens.
I am still fleshing out the enemy waves -- scripting which enemies attack when, etc. Should not take long at all.
Also need to add a little bit to create a scores page. I'll be sending out requests for testers for those whose email addresses I can find easily.

What? Two updates in two days?? What a madman!
Heh. Just mentioning the new "Geek Score Calculator" down in the afterthoughts section. If you take the quiz, I'd like to hear what your score was!

I've (finally) posted jPretty in the productivity section. Also, I have resumed work on The King's Alchemist after a long break to finish the digital table.
I think Alchemist should be done soon! I may work on something multiplayer after that.

~ 2/15/08 ~

I've created a page to display the digital gaming table I've been working on! Now with this out of the way, I can return to code work. :)
Here is a link to the digital table page.

So I've dropped about a month into some side-track projects.
One of them was finding a new job -- my career in the mortgage software industry came to an abrupt end in January.
I've also spent a great amount of time building a digital gaming table. Yes, an actual table with a digital display on top.
I aslo had to write some software for it. I'll post some pictures at some point.
King's Alchemist work will probably wrap up in February. My new job has me very busy... so we'll see.

~ 12/28/07 ~

Still working on The King's Alchemist. I've made quite a bit of progress, but I've not uploaded the new code.
I just learned how to make my bomb explosions translucent... all excited about that.
I'm running about a week behind where I'd like to be, so this might be finished first week of Jan.

I'm still in the process of putting the basic elements of this site together. Currently the "Forge" and "Casual Games" sections are functional.
The logo and look of the website both need serious help. Anyone feeling generous?
In terms of coding, I expect to post "The King's Alchemist" sometime in December. I expect to post "JPretty" sometime in December as well.
The "Classic Dungeon Crawl" game has some coding done, but will require more time. No ETA yet on that one.
I will be updating the dev page for "The King's Alchemist" as I progress, including possible test links. I expect this to be my best casual game yet.
